1. Overview
Ocean CNC products are manufactured or configured based on customer-provided specifications. Because of the custom nature of these products, refunds and returns are limited as described below.
By placing an order, you agree to this Refund Policy.
2. Custom and Made-to-Order Products
Most Ocean CNC products are custom-configured or manufactured based on customer selections or submitted files.
Except as required by law, custom or made-to-order products are not eligible for return or refund once production has begun.
Customers are responsible for verifying all order details prior to submission.
3. Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of:
- Product configuration selections
- Uploaded files and content
- Dimensions, specifications, and options
- Shipping and billing information
Ocean Plastics Products, INC. is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect customer-provided information.
Orders produced according to customer specifications are considered fulfilled correctly.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If a product arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We may, at our discretion:
- Repair the product
- Replace the product
- Issue a refund
We may request photographs or other documentation to verify the issue.
Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear is not covered.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled prior to production.
Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled.
If cancellation is approved before production begins, a full or partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
6. Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by shipping carriers.
Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly regarding shipping claims when applicable.
We will assist where reasonably possible.
7. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Customer ordering errors
- Customer configuration errors
- Customer-submitted file errors
- Change of mind after production begins
- Minor cosmetic variations that do not affect functionality
- Normal manufacturing tolerances
8. Payment Processing Fees
In cases where refunds are issued, original payment processing fees may be deducted to the extent permitted by law.
9. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method when possible.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
10. Right to Refuse Refunds
Ocean Plastics Products, INC. reserves the right to refuse refunds where allowed by law, including where products were manufactured correctly according to customer specifications.
