Assemblies
Over the years we’ve collaborated on many projects that involved both in-house designs as well as pre-made components to create assemblies ranging from installations at children’s museums to awards to artistic displays and even functional furniture. See examples below.
Bonded Parts
Using different bonding adhesives and techniques, we can create different 3-dimensional parts and products from multiple sheets of various plastic materials.
Flat Parts
Our 5’x10′ CNC routing table can cut flat parts from a variety of materials from plywood to plastic to marine-grade Starboard sheets. Using different tooling and manufacturing process we can make parts in extreme detail and precision, mass quantity at scale, or anywhere in between!
Formed Parts
We are able to do end-to-end manufacturing for formed plastic parts, from design, mold creation, production, and delivery. Having the capability to form, bond, or both in our manufacturing allows us to meet any and all plastic
Engraved Parts
We can engrave shapes, text, pockets, holes, and more on all kinds of materials. This can be plastic but also plywood or even hardwood or engineered wood products for outdoor fixture.
Machined Parts
For parts that need a high level of precision, specific surface finish, specific tolerances, or different fixture elements such as holes for fasteners, we have the equipment and experience to work with you and deliver exactly what your needs require.
